and maintain project criteria, schedules, and budgets in conformance with
project and DOD customer requirements. Review schedules, cost estimates and
construction strategies to assure FAR requirements met. Review potential

Contact for contractor inquiries. Perform inspections, technical

Plans. Determine construction schedules, lay down areas, work-site
access, control of hazardous waste/materials, safety and security
issues. Work with the NAVFAC Environmental Department to determine
environmentally sensitive areas, review Storm Water Protection Prevention
Pollution Plans (SWPPP) and Notices of Intent (NOI). Respond to
unforeseen conditions, provide responses to RFIs and technical input into
related change orders. Closeout procedures include the update of
appropriate databases and record drawings with updated as-built conditions
and coordination of warranty issues. Provide briefings or other
information to Commanding Officers, Public Works Officers, major claimants
and other federal, state or local jurisdictions as required.

scheduling duties on projects under construction, as well as development of
new schedules for projects in the funding approval and design phases of the
oil refinery industry. Provided support to the team of engineers that made up
the Capital Projects Department using MS Excel spreadsheets, Primavera CPM
schedules, and other duties as necessary, which required knowledge of
preparation for Turn-Around events in the refinery environment.
